- What’s Pokemon all about?
Pokemon is an amazing and unique family which incorporates all types of different media, such as video, movies, toys, PTCGL codes and much, much more! As well as being fun it’s also educational since it requires a bit of strategical thinking, basic mathematics and a genuine desire to compete in the friendliest way possible! Put simply, Pokemon is about embracing the community and turning learning into a positive experience. What’s not to love?! - What are Pokemon?
Are they scary?! Absolutely not! Pokemon consist of little creatures who, just like us humans, come in all shapes and sizes! What’s more, some choose to live in the wild whilst other live alongside humans. Throughout their lifetime - and with a little help from their “Trainers” (i.e. YOU!) – they continue to grow and experience more things … pretty much the same way we all do! Currently there are over 700 Pokemon creatures among us … but there’s definitely room for lots more! Question is … are you ready for them?! … - What does TCG stand for?
“TCG” simply stands for “Trading Card Game” and this is where players can play against each other, sending their own Pokemon into battle with another to ultimately determine who the best “Trainer” is! Players usually begin with theme decks but can progress to use booster packs and more diverse decks. However, with literally thousands of cards to choose from, you can guarantee that no two games will ever be the same, so there’s certainly no room for complacency here! - How do I start playing?
